I'm not a big fans of reboots, everyone that knows me knows that. But I have to say I saw the leaked trailer of the new Godzilla reboot. Don't bother looking for it because it was removed later in the day, the official one should be released soon. I honestly have to say that I couldn't believe that my pulse was racing after I saw the trailer which hasn't happened in a long time even when I saw the trailer for Man Of Steel. The trailer revealed a lot of details that showed it was giving the king of the monsters the justice it deserved on the big screen.
For those of you whom may not follow, Godzilla is a gigantic creature which is mostly reptile who can shoot out a beam of radiated fire. First revealed to the world back in the 1960s, it became a hit here in the United States that spawned the only movie series to rival the other longest lasting film franchise, the 007 movies. I was first exposed to this legendary creature when I was watching television and the film Godzilla 1985 was on. It was the film that brought Godzilla back to life after his debut film over 20 years ago.
I was a boy and at first I was terrified of him but as I kept watching I began to love it. The awesome power and the action was so cool I remember building lego buildings just so I could smash them. Then my parents would come in my room all upset and make me pick up the mess and tell me to stop making that signature roar Godzilla has. I couldn't get enough of the green king of Tokyo as he would battle legendary monsters like Rodan and MechaGodzilla. Oh and who can forget the ultimate protagonist of the Godzilla series, Mothra and his mini twins.
I hope that Warner Bros. releases the official trailer soon because I would really love for all of you to see it and see a terrific resurrection. Godzilla may have started in Japan but in a way he is also an American phenomenon as well. I can't wait with the modern technology being able to deliver the amazing spectacles we see now on the big screen and this is a real serious approach Warner Bros. is taking with the franchise. Godzilla's come back will be more real and more destructive than any we have seen in any film by the franchise ever.

Revised Biography.
Anthony Labson first found his passion in writing at an early age from reading fantasy novels. Finding an escape from the outside world by creating one of his own became his greatest gift. He believes that the ability to create a story out of nothing isn't just a gift but a miracle and it's a miracle he believes was given to him. In a time where everything is being remade, he also believes creativity is at an all time low and so now he has stepped up to bring creativity back to a world that's just sticking to used up ideas.
Anthony Labson began his writing career attending Nova Southeastern University with The Knight Newspaper as a freelance film critic and being published in the NSU magazine Digressions. After graduating in 2008 he frequently self published poetry and prose on networks and gained momentum from readers. In December of 2011 he realized that he had more to offer so now here he is taking the next step to being a recognized author. He is currently self publishing his works hoping to gain attention from readers everywhere and become a successful author.
He strongly believes that the reboots and the remakes are getting old and cliché. The people want to see something fresh and new, not new versions of old ideas. This is his first step and hopefully you will give him the time to see his works and give your feedback. Enjoy and until the next is written.

Battlefield 4 Loses The War
I recently played Electronic Arts and Dice's game Battlefield 4 and was very excited to hear about the good news coming from other gamers. Unfortunately for me, the news was too good to be true in such case. There are several issues I have with the game both in campaign mode and multiplayer issues as well. Being a fan of the last one that came before it, I was looking forward to seeing the new additions to the game. But the new additions just seemed to be unnoticed during the gameplay.
Let start with graphics of the gameplay and cinematic transitions between levels. I give this a lot of leniency because you can't compare Electronic Arts to a company like Infinity Ward which is known for it's attention to detail with the graphics. But playing throughout the campaign I didn't see any improvement when it comes to the transitions, the cinematics are good but they could be better and the look of the guns is about the same. The campaign itself has a strong story following the elite group known as Tombstone but there are issues going through the game. I experienced glitches throughout the game that would cause me to restart from a checkpoint forcing me to redo missions.
One moment I be out on a boat during a sea mission and next I be under the ocean for some reason still driving a boat. Another I was driving a tank and yet I couldn't switch my guns and one time I was climbing a ladder while on an aircraft carrier and somehow I ended up high in the sky falling to my death. The glitches really killed my desire to complete the game but the strong storyline kept me wanting to finish. The other issues I faced with the game was online gameplay.
If there's one thing I wish the franchise would do is better configure a game where gamers can do two things. One is make it easier for parties to get involved with a game instead of having a member join a game and hoping their friends can get in before the server gets full. It's a real frustrating process I found while trying to meet my clan so we could blow something up which is our favorite thing about the game. That's the strong point of the game for people like me who love to see destruction everywhere we turn.
Battlefield is notorious for making environments that are almost completely destructible. Using a variety of weapons and even assault vehicles and aircraft, buildings literally fall after receiving too much damage from the ongoing battle that consumes the map. The second problem however is it will be very complicated for anyone whose never played a Battlefield game to understand how to pick a weapon set and begin the game. I always believed that would be an improvement but for most gamers, this really won't be a problem.
This is just my opinion and if you disagree with me, that's fine but I have to give this game a 7 out of 10. While this game produces non-stop action with multiplayer modes and has a strong story line that keeps the gamer wanting to play, it has issues. Graphics aren't that great compared to others, glitches kill the mood to keep playing, and the multiplayer option could be made more 'party' friendly. This game is worth the buy but I don't think I would have the desire to buy the season pass or keep the game till the next one comes out. If you're one of those dedicated fans of the franchise then I'm sure you will enjoy the game same as the others but to someone who is just a gamer, this will lose your attention.

The Wall on Amazon. A Screenplay that's Original and Creative.
There is a secret society known to many as The Wall. For
some, people who are working behind the scenes to maintain order when the law
fails those that depend on the system for security. To others, a ruthless group
of vigilantes that are taking the laws into their hands and destroying the very
image of Justice. A eager reporter gains the opportunity to interview a leader
of a Wall cell and during the interview, he listens to tales of members that are
different but come together for a disturbing conclusion. In a country where not
everyone can get justice because of reasons outside of their control, there is a
place to go.
When criminals break the laws and are freed on technicalities and cracks in the system, they soon find that there are no technicalities or no cracks when they face The Wall. Nobody can hide behind a flawed system that protects the rights of those who don't deserve them. The guilty may appear innocent but with resources provided by unknown sources, they all break when they go head on with a society of vigilantes. When the system that's meant to protect the people it serves fails them, how do criminals not expect the people to fight back?
This is my first screenplay that I've written because I like to test my skills and take them to a new level. Everyone loves a person who works outside the lines but let us see how the world reacts when it's a whole society. Could we handle the possibility that there are people who forget about "systems" and "rights" for the "greater good?" Is it worth the risk of falling down the "slippery slope" that we are afraid is going to happen? Buy this EBook and decide for yourself and thank you for your time, until the next is written.

What Brings A Man To His Knees
What’s Worth Kneeling
For?
By
Anthony Labson
I’m full of pride.
I can’t run from a
fight
and I won’t shame my
name.
I’ll stand ready to
die.
I don’t flinch for a
blade
and I don’t fear the
sound of a bullet.
A knife is just a tool
for use or trade
and a gun is nothing
without a digit.
I’ve fought enemies
And I’ve even fought a
friend.
The fighting never
reached its end and
I would think at times
I had an injury.
I’ve never really had a
reason to fight
but I never could back
down.
Now more than ever all
I can wear is a frown
because my love is
fading from my sight.
She is the best of me
but we didn’t catch her
disease in time.
The heart inside her is
mine
So if she goes then
I’ll cease to be.
If finally bending my
knees saves her
then I do it proudly
with no dishonor.
My life without her
would just be horror.
It’s should’ve been me
that developed that cancer.

Call Of Duty: Ghosts Review
Infinity Ward is well known for being the company that made the Call of Duty franchise the cash cow it is. Now breaking all ties from it's previous chapter known as Modern Warfare, Infinity Ward comes out with the new chapter known as Ghost. I won't spoil much of the game except the following which anyone would guess by playing it. The Ghosts are a covert group that got the name based off a legend that will be explained as the game starts. As the main character progresses through the game he soon realizes that not only do the Ghosts exist but he's related to a member.
The Ghosts come back from the dead this time because of an unprecedented attack that happens bringing the United States into a war with South America under the rule of a party called, The Federation. It's a captivating story that literally keeps you on edge as your playing with a wide variety of missions and weapons. Missions that take you literally from the bottom of the sea, to the heart of the land, and even to the stars in the sky. Infinity Ward has truly outdone themselves once again by creating a must play game.
The graphics are top of the line and the realism and details in the character shins literally. The sound effects are shattering from the shooting of the guns to the blasts of the grenades. The multiplayer is virtually the same just with new maps that will bring in the people who love to talk trash and kill for hours. The new feature which I found most exciting was the "Extinction" mode which is what players can do for just a pure survival thrill. Extinction is a where you fight off an endless wave of enemies and you keep going until you finally die.
This game is perfect, I honestly can't say I found anything wrong with the game and it's a great game for fans of the franchise or new gamers. For the new gamers, it's a great way to get your feet wet in the genre of shooters and for the fans. It's a great chapter that raises the bar to what fans thought would be impossible set by the last chapter in the franchise. With competitive modes that keep the players going after the campaign and the incredible detail to weapons and scenes, you can't take your eyes off the screen. The best thing about Ghosts is at the end of the game...you know they will not be laid to rest with this one game alone.

Lords of Illusions.
Magic is an old word used to describe many events that people can't give a reasonable explanation to. Some call them miracles and others call them tricks but they all have one common denominator and that's the magician. Magicians have one of the greatest gifts a person can have and that's an imagination combined with the will to make the illusion seem real to everyone else. From Houdini to Criss Angel and David Blaine, many unbelievable tricks and illusions have brought people back into the world of illusions. But when does the illusion start to cross the line between a mystery and what's crazy?
David Blaine is a master of many illusions from card tricks to making himself levitate in the eyes of other people. Don't worry I won't reveal how it's done but there are some issues many people do have with this man. David Blaine is mostly known now for the stunts he puts himself through such as placing himself in a bowl of freezing water for several hours or hanging upside down for days. The question here is what's the trick? Besides putting your body and sanity at risk there is no illusion, only a stunt.
Don't be fooled though, there is serious mental preparation that needs to be done but the fact is this is the work of a stuntman, not a magician. David Blaine is an amazing magician and he brings a lot to the table with his magic and while some of his stunts I don't consider magic, he brings a sense of reality to the picture. Criss Angel, who has been blessed with a lot of fame and spotlight however has been criticized heavily for his acts. I was introduced to Criss Angel through his breakout show Mindfreak. I always consider him to be a fantastic magician as good as David Blaine but others tend to disagree.
Certain people have said that his acts are "staged" and there is use of "trick photography" in his show. Basically those people don't believe him to be a real magician. In a way I can understand, I thought Angel went over the top when he levitated over a hotel lobby and floated down. Now is that a mystery or is it so crazy that people just consider it "staged." Both these men put themselves in dangerous and yes I admit, "controlled" situations but that doesn't make them fake.
Illusions by the very definition are fake so therefore, what's the problem? Maybe these men do take it over the limit and it becomes ridiculous to a certain point. But that's the purpose in any profession, not just to do the job but also set the bar higher than what it was. Back when magic was starting out, I'm sure people thought sawing a lady in half was over the line but now it's a common trick by many magicians. Who knows what will happen now that magic has been pushed by these two lords of illusions.
